• Compartir métricas de cobertura con el propósito de mejorarla.
El sistema compara tres aspectos de calidad:
• Cobertura de la señal en el área y potencia de las antenas.
• Porcentaje de llamadas cortadas, y los intentos fallidos sobre el total de llamadas.
• Carga y descarga de la velocidad de datos.
