ＬＥＤ式の生産モニターは、
製造現場で一般的に使用
されています。
（１）生産モニターを使用する意味
・作業ﾀｸﾄを表示させる事で、
作業効率をｱｯﾌﾟさせるのが
目的です。
・工程内モニターとして使えば、
作業が遅れている場所を
素早く見つけられます。
２、アプリの使い方

（１）言葉を数字で選ぶ。
１：日本語、２：英語、
３：中国語、４：韓国語
「スタート」ボタンを
押すと言葉が変わる。
（２）「ﾀｸﾄﾀｲﾑ」を設定する。
（３）「目標」の数字を入れる。
（４）「スタート」ボタンを押す。
（５）「生産完了＋１」を押す。
（６）終わったら、
「リセット」を押す。

予定より、
実績数が少なくなると、
画面が赤になります。
４、便利な使い方
HDMI端子付の
アンドロイドタブレットなら、
テレビやパソコンモニターに、
HDMI配線で
アンドロイドタブレットを
接続することで、
工程内の生産表示モニター
にも出来ます。
５、アプリを使用する利点
（１）凄く安い
同タイプの
ＬＥＤ式生産モニターに
比べ凄く安い。
４段式ＬＥＤ生産モニターは、
押しボタン、
設置費用など込みで
２０万円前後必要。
アプリだと、３万円以下の
１０インチ、
アンドロイドタブレットと
組み合わせると
８万円以下で導入可能。

タブレット代のみなので

（２）電源がない場所の設置も可能
