「新學校運動」事件一覽原董事長林明華先生光榮退休，由張皓期先生接任本校第十四屆董事會董事長。張董事長畢業於國立藝術學院（今國立台北藝術大學），從事教育工作近二十年；曾任台北華岡藝校戲劇科主任、桃園啟英高中影視科主任、台北稻江護家校務主任，並曾任教於國立新竹教育大學、國立台南藝術大學、國立台北教育大學。
「幸福學校．24小時快樂」是張董事長的辦學理念，「學生都能懷念學校，感謝學校」為張董事長的辦學目標。人文與體育的校本位落實，在地與文創的科特色規劃，校園活化與再造的理想工程，空間與設備的分年更新，學生關懷與鼓勵的輔助計劃，教員師資與人才的延攬計劃……均陸續展開。

以培育具備餐飲專長之基層管理人才為目標。增加品德教育的質量，養成餐飲從業人員良好的工作習慣及態度。培養各式餐飲技術的基礎操作能力，以落實餐飲專業本位的管理知識。加強學科知能的學習，作為未來升學之基石。

加強學生家庭教育的知識養成，培養幼兒教學與教育行政的能力，並落實兒童文學、兒童戲劇、兒童美術與兒童肢體韻律等，多元學習的兒童創造力專業課程。

(2) 教育交流：慈濟大學，新竹教育大學，市立台北大學與國立臺灣藝術大學等。
(3) 實習連結：大溪、復興、龍潭、八德等四鄉鎮幼稚園與特色小學。

整合本校固有資訊電子與商用資訊軟硬體資源，開展資料處理科群在3C與4G的產學可能契機：資料處理五感化（口語化、影像化、觸覺化等），及多媒體動漫等文創發展與應用。

(2) 針對不同領域，加強並輔導學生考取相關證照。

【實用技能班】

本科之教學內容涵蓋：汽車機械基本常識與技能、汽車維修、汽車經營所具備的基本知識與技能，並依學生的性向、興趣、認知程度、家庭經濟、就業或就學等因素考量，輔導學生學習，達到適應科技潮流進步、社會變遷的能力。
(1) 加強專業課程輔導，強化學生就業能力。
(2) 取得國家級技術檢定證照 (汽車修護乙、丙級，機車修護乙、丙級，交通部技工)。
(3) 訓練學生「四ㄐㄩ技能」－汽車、機車、自行車與飛輪各部檢查、維修、保養、調整和檢驗等技能。
(4) 加強興趣選修，提供科際整合和適性發展機會。

以培育具備餐飲廚藝與服務之技術人才為目標。增加品德教育的質量，養成餐飲從業人員良好的工作習慣及態度。加強餐飲製備技術與服務之基本知識，落實衛生與健康並存的烹飪技能教育。提升餐飲相關證照輔導，作為未來就業之基石。
