JustWatch è un'applicazione dedicata alla prevenzione dei reati, soprattutto quelli legati alla proprietà ma anche alla diffusione di notizie legate ad eventi di potenziale pericolo, incidenti, tentativi di truffe ecc.JustWatch consente di diffondere, in modo semplice e rapido, delle segnalazioni di potenziale pericolo al maggior numero di persone possibile.
Le segnalazioni sono geolocalizzate, libere, senza legami a gruppi chiusi e predefiniti. Gli utenti possono aiutarsi a vicenda anche senza conoscersi.
JustWatch localizza la segnalazione e la distribuisce a tutti gli utenti che hanno dichiarato interesse nella zona da cui nasce la segnalazione stessa. Gli utenti che la ricevono, possono rilanciarla coinvolgendone altri.
JustWatch memorizza la posizione da cui vuoi inviare la segnalazione (quindi quando ci si accorge di qualcosa che non va), anche senza rete dati, affinché si possa completare la scrittura in un secondo tempo (magari lontano dall'evento), ma mantenendone la posizione esatta, come in una fotografia, comunicandola così agli altri utenti
