O que é o PortalSER?
O dicionário Houaiss define o vocábulo instituto em suas múltiplas acepções. A palavra tanto pode significar “aquilo que está estabelecido como regulamento, regra, regime”, quanto “organização pública ou privada, instituição, estabelecimento”. De outro lado, essa palavra pode se referir a “corpo de sábios, cientistas, artistas, escritores, entre outros”, como também “centro de estudos e pesquisas, estabelecimento de ensino superior”.
Sendo assim, o SER é uma organização religiosa, dedicada à divulgação e à vivência do Espiritismo em seus aspectos filosófico, científico e religioso, fundada em 05 de março de 2011, inscrita no CNPJ sob o nº 97.525.813/0001-37.
O SER tem por objetivos:
a) Divulgar e vivenciar o Espiritismo sob o seu aspecto filosófico, científico e religioso no âmbito da cultura, da educação, da saúde, da assistência social, das artes, da pesquisa científica, histórica, do diálogo inter-religioso, contribuindo para a construção de um mundo melhor.
b) Colaborar com o Movimento Espírita de Unificação, cujas atividades são ultimadas pelo Conselho Espírita Internacional, pela Federação Espírita Brasileira e seu Conselho Federativo Nacional, bem como pelas demais entidades federativas estaduais.
Os idealizadores e participantes dessa instituição pretendem ser trabalhadores das idéias, chamados a nutrir o pensamento da coletividade, num esforço para que a refeição do conhecimento superior seja distribuída entre todos, mediante atitudes e palavras coerentes.
Partimos do pressuposto de que o Evangelho é mensagem eminentemente espiritual presente no ensino, na vida, nas atitudes e na conduta do emissário divino que recebeu o nome de Jesus, mensagem que condensa as Leis Morais vigentes no universo infinito, estatuídas por Deus para todos os seres.
Em se tratando de Leis Morais Universais, compreendemos que seu registro está presente na consciência de todos os seres, tendo ganhado expressão doutrinária variada nos diversos movimentos religiosos e espirituais da Terra.
Nosso interesse é o homem renovado para o bem comum.

Precise location (gps and network-based) - allows the app to get your precise location using the global positioning system (gps) or network location sources such as cell towers and wi-fi. these location services must be turned on and available to your device for the app to use them. apps may use this to determine where you are, and may consume additional battery power
