聖翔救援協會〉以在新北市、台北市所發生的腳踏車、輕重型機車、或大型重型機車的交通事故進行救援行動為主，車禍事故主要肇因分析多數是人為疏忽造成，協助相關單位宣導交通事故預防及安全駕駛。協會任務：
一、雙北定點安排駐點救援人員，協助救援行動；
二、維護交通事故現場原狀，做車禍現場證據保全及協助清理事故現場；
三、協助警方單位對橋樑事故現場交通疏散；
四、配合政府交通意外事故政策之宣導；
五、關懷車禍受難者家屬盡快走出陰霾；
六、輔助沒有資源的車禍事故家屬後續求償理賠及保險複雜繁瑣程序給予幫助相關資訊；
七、義務後送事故毀損機車至騎士指定地點。
