השירות מסופק ע"י חברת ואיוסופט באמצעות רשת הוט מובייל, באתר http://fax2mail.hotmobile.co.il ו/או באמצעות האפליקציה.
שם המשתמש לאפליקציה יהיה מספר הטלפון הנייד והסיסמה תהיה זו שנבחר�� ברישום לשירות באתר. תנאי השימוש לאפליקציה הינם תנאי השירות המופיעים באתר השירות.
האפליקציה מאפשרת:
• קבלת פקסים לעד 3 תיבות דואר אלקטרוני במקביל.
• שליחת פקס ישירות מהטלפון הנייד.
• לצלם מסמך חדש במצלמת הטלפון הנייד ולצרפו לפקס הנשלח.
• לצרף לפקס הנשלח מסמכים בפורמטים שונים וקבצי פקס בפורמט PDF או TIFF.
• לחתום על דפי הפקס טרם המשלוח.
עלות:
• דמי שימוש חודשיים בסך 5.90 ש"ח כולל מע"מ לחודש או חלק ממנו - לקבלת פקסים ללא הגבלה.
• עלות שליחת כל דף פקס מהאתר או מהאפליקציה הינה 0.50 ש"ח כולל מע"מ.
• יובהר, כי עבור השימוש באפליקציה בארץ לא יגבה תשלום עבור תעבורת הנתונים, אך בשימוש באפליקציה בחו"ל יגבה תשלום עבור תעבורת הנתונים בהתאם לחבילת הלקוח לגבי נדידה בחו"ל.
