HARİTAEVİ Bil.Int.Har.Elekn.Dan.San.Tic.Ltd.Şti tarafından oluşturulmuş bir sektörel digital platform DEGERİNİBİLİR Uygulaması’na hoş geldiniz. Şirketimiz, 2006 yılında kurulmuş olup, mekansal bilgi sistemleri ve taşınmaz değerleme süreçlerinin takip ve icra edildiği uygulamalar konusunda uzmanlaşmıştır.Gayrimenkul Değerleme hizmetlerine ilişkin DeğeriniBilir Uygulaması için ana hedefimiz, “değerleme ( ekspertiz ) ” hizmetlerinin herkes için kolay erişilebilir bir bilgi servisi oluşturmaktır.
Degerinibilir uygulamasında yapabilecekleriniz;
* Merak ettiğiniz bir konumdaki bir emlağın ( taşınmazın ) genel özelliklerini girerek rayiç değer öğrenmek.
* Mahalle bazında bir gayrimenkul ( emlak ) için detaylı özelliklerini girerek daha iyi hesaplanmış rayiç değer öğrenmek.
* Sahibi olduğunuz taşınmaz için eksper ( gayimenkul değerleme uzmanı ) hizmeti almak üzere Valexma ( www.degerinibilir.com ) sayfasına yönlendirilmek.
Uygulama şu anda sadece kısıtlı illerde Konut Değer hesabı yapmaktadır. Yakında daha fazla ilde; ilçe ve mahalle bazında rayiçleri sorgulayabilmeniz ve diğer emlak türlerinden ( tarla, arsa, işyeri vb. gayrimenkuller ) için de hesap yapabilmeniz için çalışıyoruz.
Bu uygulama sonucunda gayrimenkul ( taşınmaz ) değerleri, tahmini hesaplanan bedellerdir, fiyatlardır. Verilerin yatırıma veya ticarete konu edilmesi halinde sorumluluk tümüyle kullanıcıya aittir. Doğru yatırım kararları ve resmi işlemler için, serbest piyasadan, kapsamlı bir Taşınmaz Değerleme ( Gayrimenkul Ekspertiz ) Raporu hizmeti almanızı öneririz.
