Il y a moins d'un an, a ouvert dans le premier arrondissement de Lyon le Black Forest Society, un bar à cocktails bavarois proposant recettes à base de produits du terroir allemand et delicatessen à tomber. Wunderbar. Danke schön."Grosse Freiheit", grande liberté en allemand : voici le slogan qui est affiché au mur du Black Forest Society, la nouvelle adresse des poulains du Kaffee Berlin (26 Cours Albert Thomas dans le 8ème arrondissement). Ouverte il y a moins d'un an, cette "société de la Forêt Noire" rend hommage -comme son nom l'indique - à la Bavière.
Résultat : le cadre, tamisé, mixe bois, illustrations champêtres ou encore papier peint vintage et les serveurs (adorables) font le service en "Lederhose" (sorte de culotte de cuir retenue par des bretelles de cuir).
Ces derniers, justement, proposent des cocktails originaux (n'espérez pas commander un Mojito ou un Cuba Libre) au noms imprononçables. Des recettes à base de sirop de sapin, vin blanc autrichien, kirsch (mais aussi de Schweppes Heritage !) servies dans des pots de confiture, tasses de café ou autres mugs très instagramables.
Wiener Schnitzels, bretzels et Kartoffel salat
Ce n'est pas tout ! L'autre spécialité du Black Forest Society ce sont ses tapas, ici appelés "delicatessen". À la carte : du currywurst (6€ la saucisse avec frites), des mini-Wiener Schnitzels (escalopes viennoises), des bretzels servis avec du fromage et autres gourmandises comme la Forêt Noire (forcément). Le dimanche, de 11h à 16h, est aussi proposé un "gros brunch teuton" avec, au menu, du pain complet, de la confiture à la cerise maison, du müesli, de la saucisse de Bavière, de la Kartoffel salat (salade de pommes de terre), du strudel à la pomme...
Les moins ? Les places sont rares (la rançon du succès) et le prix des cocktails un peu onéreux : 10 euros.
