行動文藻為文藻外語大學校務資訊系統的行動化版本，供本校全體教職員工生使用。功能依登入身份而有所不同，支援的使用身份與對應的功能如下：
1。學生：
個人缺曠查詢、學期成績查詢、歷年成績查詢、個人課表、教師課表查詢、教師課表查
詢(依姓名)、教室課表查詢、全校課表查詢(依科目)、全校課表查詢(依系所)、選課結果查詢、抵免抵修查詢、請假資料查詢、可借用空間查詢、空間空堂時段查詢、歷年服務時數及課外活動紀錄
2。教師：
上課缺曠課點名、簽核學生假單、授課時間表、可借用空間查詢、空間空堂時段查詢、全校課表查詢(依科目)、表單待簽核資訊、薪資明細查詢、個人差勤查詢、監考時間查詢
3。導師：
導師班學生查詢(院->系->班)、導師班學生查詢、學生假單簽核
4。職工：
個人差勤查詢、可借用空間查詢、空間空堂時段查詢、薪資明細查詢、表單待簽核資訊、差假單線上簽核、監考時間查詢
使用方式：
1。使用本校校務行政系統的帳號登入。
2。依照登入身份不同，使用支援的功能。
3。使用後請登出，以保護個人隱私資料的安全。
